ATQ IT Services Pvt. Ltd. refund policy has been devised to define the situations under which we effectively will provide a refund, the procedure for claiming a refund and the responsibility of ATQITS in circumstances resulting in such a claim. By registering for any of our services you are declaring that you accept and agree with all the terms and conditions outlined in the refund policy. Although, we consider refund requests as per the following program in which our services and refund policy related to each service is very clearly listed:

FULL REFUND:
  1. Particularly, if the clients are specifically not satisfied with the initial design mockup.
  2. If the initial design style has not been approved. The Full Refund policy will initiate after receiving the upfront payment date and will take 180 Days to refund the amount.
  3. Due to some specific conditions we are not able to complete the project as per the project details.
  4. A client wants to cancel the project within 24 hours of making the initial payment.

NO REFUND:
  1. The initial project design has been approved by your team or representative.
  2. The project specifically delays are effectively caused by inefficient communication from your end.

In case of service cancellation requests submitted by the clients, an effective amount of refund will be initiated if the particular account is eligible for a refund. Cancellations of accounts pre- paid on a yearly basis will only receive a prorated refund clearly based on the monthly rate of the same hosting plan.

ATQ IT Services would like to inform you that Domain registrations are specifically not eligible for the refund.
